Mrs. Janet Delaney is the owner and president of Delaney Bus Lines. Janet has more than thirty years of experience in the transportation industry. She started her career joining the Delaney business with her husband, the late Michael Delaney, in 1979.

Mark Begg is General Manager and is married to Janet’s daughter Diana.  Mark is a “PRIDE” certified professional driving instructor and Director with the Ontario School Bus Association.  He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Carleton University, obtained his certificate in Pupil Transportation Management from the University of Guelph and has completed the Accredited Passenger Transportation Operator program from the College of Southern Maryland.  Mark has been with the Delaney team since August of 2001.

Following her parents’ footsteps, Mrs. Delaney’s daughter is also involved in the daily operations of the business. Diana is responsible for sales and marketing and looks after the administration of payroll.  Diana has a diploma in Small and Medium Enterprise Management and has also obtained her certificate in Pupil Transportation Management from the University of Guelph.

Also involved in the daily management of our operations is Mr. Pierre Seguin. Mr. Seguin works as Operations Manager, responsible for all personnel matters and heads our business development. Pierre is currently working towards obtaining his certificate in Pupil Transportation Management from the University of Guelph. He has been with the Delaney team since November 2006.

Mrs. Bernice Villeneuve joined the Delaney team as charter consultant in January of 2011. Mrs. Villeneuve has worked in the tourism industry for over ten years and brings a wide range of experience to our organization. In addition of being responsible of the administration of our school bus and highway coach charters, Bernice also helps support our team of school bus drivers on a daily basis.

Dispatcher and Safety Officer, Mr. Glenn Rowe, joined our team in September of 2003 as a part-time school bus driver and became full time in May of 2009.  Glenn is responsible for legislative requirements, ensures compliance with company policies and monitors daily activities on the road.  Glenn is a defensive driving instructor for the School Bus Driver Improvement Course, certified by the Transportation Health and Safety Association of Ontario. He is also a certified as a professional driving instructor, having completed the “PRIDE” program in August of 2009.

Our full time driving instructor is Mrs. Darlene McNamara. Mrs. McNamara has been with our company since December 1985 and possesses a wealth of driving experience. She has participated in numerous rodeos and driving competitions where she has achieved the “Grand Champion” title numerous times. Darlene is also certified as a professional driving instructor, having completed the “PRIDE” program in March of 2009.

In the office, we have Mrs. Kim Campeau who joined the team in October 2010 as Transportation Clerk and Office Administrator. Mrs. Campeau is responsible of dealing with all phone calls, the administration of the two-way radio and driver support during school bus time. Mrs. Campeau has been in the administration field since 1993.
